How can I check my PocketMirror version and see that it is installed correctly?

The current version of PocketMirror for the Palm OS is version 4.3.1. You can verify that the PocketMirror conduits are installed correctly as follows:
To check for the PocketMirror conduits:
- Click on the HotSync Manager icon (circular red/blue arrows on the bottom right of your PC screen, see image.) Note: The HotSync Manager icon may be hidden on Windows XP, please click the round white arrow button (see image) to unhide the icon.
- Click on "Custom". Note: If the HotSync Manager is still not showing, click "Start/Programs/Palm Desktop/HotSync Manager".
If PocketMirror is installed correctly, "Outlook Calendar", "Outlook Contacts", "Outlook Tasks" and "Outlook Notes" will be listed in the "Custom" screen.
If "Datebook", "Address Book", "Todo list" and "Memopad" are listed in the "Custom" screen, PocketMirror should be reinstalled from the original source. For steps to install PocketMirror, refer to Chapura FAQ PM051 "How do I setup my PC to begin synchronizing my handheld with Microsoft Outlook?"
After you confirm that PocketMirror is installed, please ensure that you are using the most current version of PocketMirror. To check what version you are running:

Or Follow the Steps Below:

- Click on the "About" button on the right or click on the green icon in the upper left hand corner and click on "About".
- Look next to the PocketMirror .DLL files for the PocketMirror version number. Note: If you do not see "Pro" listed after the version number then you are running the "Standard" version of PocketMirror.
- If the version number listed is not 4.3.1 then please download and install the latest update of PocketMirror from http://www.chapura.com/downloads_updates.php, restart your computer, and synchronize your handheld by pressing the hardware HotSync button on your handheld cradle.
